Barb, Abby and Beth "outed" me on smoking cigarettes last night. I manned up and confessed, gave up cigaretes forever, but......... I reserved the right to smoke cigars when I so choose.
Great Thanksgiving! Great food! Great family! A special treat of course was having Mom here with us at Thanksgiving. I believe I've spent every Thanksgiving in my entire life with Mom. Correct me fellow bloggers if I am mistaken .
I've decided to ask Rondell to be a regular contributor on my blog. I talked to her by phone in Tupelo today. She is a scream; she has sworn me to silence on her phone number...sorry folks. I told Rondel that but for the fact I am very happily married, I'd be right down there to romance her.

Mr. T,
ReplyDeleteI am happy that we were able to come to an understanding that I can respect your marrage to Mrs. T as long as you don't try to dual with Mr. C over my love. Now, about that smoking, was you smoking Newports or Black and Milds? I personaly used to have an addictions to the clover cigarettes but my dog Scoots was stealing them butts outta my ashtray and nibblin on them and soon enough he had an addiction too! Plus they affect my appetite and I was losin my volumpshus curves. I was down to a lean 320 and Mr. C wouldn't have anything to do with a skinny woman! I suggest you curb that craving before it turns into a problem.
Your truly,
Rondell
What a great Thanksgiving weekend indeed! Lots of fun. Glad you're giving up the cigarettes.
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to hearing what the December Book Club selection will be. . .
Dear Rondell
ReplyDeleteI was smoking Lucky Strikes. I'm now smoking a relatively mild cigar. I think I have to be careful about inhaling because that cigar tobacco gives you a strong nicotine rush. I agree a woman needs to keep her weight up or she gets too skinny for my liking. I don't want to curl up at night to one of those toothpicks they constantly parade in the advertisements of the NYT.Always good talking to you. I'll be calling you soon to get your advice on some personal matters I don't want spread all over the internet.Your advice is important to me.
