well.................I suppose I was a bit over the top on Colin's spot on his blog............but, the guy( the pres) seems to have gotten himself into the inner beltway tunnel vision; although I concede he has been on the road out in the hinterland.

well I tend to agree with you, especially when is see column's like David Brooks' today in the NYTimes, basically saying "I'm not taking a position on Afghanistan, but the REAL question is whether Obama is tough enough to decide to do. . .something. . .and then do it. Mostly tough enough to want to stay in Afghanistan forever."
